How does “Club Maple Tan” work?
Our “Club Maple Tan” gives you UNLIMITED access to tanning, giving you the flexibility to tan as
often as you want in the Tropical Series (within FDA guidelines) without the hassle of paying for
each session. It is an unlimited package with no expiration date and lowest possible cost.
What does “Club Maple Tan” cost?
“Club Maple Tan” requires a one-time initiation fee of $50.00, where we will setup an automatic,
monthly payment of $25.00 + tax, which is paid from your credit card on the 1st of the every
month, to be posted by the 10th.
How can “Club Maple Tan” offer such low prices?
After you have established a beautiful looking tan, you will tend to tan less frequent.
This decrease in usage, together with the use of proper tanning products and the ease of
our automatic payment plan, makes the program efficient for both.
How can I cancel my “Club Maple Tan” membership?
You may cancel at anytime, with a 30 day written notice before the scheduled billing date (1st of each month).
Otherwise one final debit will be made as scheduled.
How much will it cost to rejoin, if I cancel my membership?
If you rejoin 12 months or less from cancellation date, there will only be a $25.00 administration fee
charged to reinstate the membership.
